This Protoman, otherwise known as Breakman, otherwise known as Blues, was made from my custom Mega Man of a few weeks ago. The local stores ran out of Marvel vs. Capcom figures, and I got impatient. Of course, the day I started Proto, I found a new shipment of M vs. C, complete with 3-4 Mega Man figures, taunting me from the shelf of my local Toys R' Us. Still, Protoman looks pretty cool. Go out and buy Mega Man 8 right now for your Playstation. It should only be about $20 or so. I suggest Software Etc. or Babbages.
By the way, you can end up with some pretty silly poses when you lay a figure whose joints have loosened from heat flat on a scanner. I wish I could make that sentence sound less awkward.
