It is hard enough to get a customer but keeping them should not be, all you have to do is to keep your word. The things that you promise DO IT. If you are not sure of something just tell the customer you will do your best to try to find the answer and then do just that. If you can not find the answer right away let them know that you are still trying do not keep them waiting to here from you. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR BUSINESS treat them as such. Without YOU, we will not have a business.

Why we run our business the way we do.

Our coffee service is dedicated to the production of good quality, inexpensive products, namely coffee. We roast our coffee from special beans and have it shipped straight to your home or office. We want our customers to keep coming back not only for the best coffee on the market but also for the best service on the market, and we want to say thank you to all of our customer for being our customer and say WELCOME to all of our new customers

Our Company

Our parent company was started By Mr. General Kimbrough over 20 years ago by working for another coffee service in Atlanta GA. as a one person operation and worked as a door to door sales representative selling coffee to large and small business for 3 years. When illness fall upon the his family, he had to return home. And as such brought some of this very coffee home. While at home his family started drinking this new coffee (SUNBELT) and fell in love with it. After a death int family he went back to GA to talked to the owners of the GA office, about starting his own distributorship in Ohio and they agreed, and he start his distributorship right here in (Ohio)and called it "Sunbelt Coffee Time of Ohio

Six years after of being back in Ohio, Mr. Kimbrough ran into an old friend he had not seen in a number of years and they began to talk. This person name is Debra Glinsey (me). After a few meetings she convienced him that she would like to run her own coffee service on the web if he just gave her a chance. So he sold her her own distributorship and she brought it to the web to make it easier for more people to find and benefit from this wonderful product we call,
