Description of character: Ares is the Greek God of War. His motivations can be muddled, as when he is joining Dahak. It is unclear exactly what he wants. He is very tempermental, and most Olympians despise him (except for Aphrodite). He hates his half-brother Hercules apparently because Zeus likes him better, and is always scheming to try and kill him, without breaking the protection order. His other main goal to try and convince Xena to go back to her warlord ways. He represents temptation in all forms--both for violence and for sexual reasons. Go HERE for more info.
