Some Services provided FREE through our office are:
Please email us first concerning any of the below services. See note below.

Photocopying: We will gladly copy off anything that pertains to rental/leases, welfare, family benefits, employement insurance, etc.

As a courtesy we will also copy your Personal Identification for you. Your Social Insurance, Senior Citizens card, Health Card, Birth Certificate and even your Credit cards. This is very helpful to you if due to circumstances you should lose any of these important pieces of indentification. It will be much easier for you if you have a copy of them when reporting them lost or stolen and when having them replaced. This I.D. is all done on one sheet if possible and only one copy is made.

Pamphlets: We have many free pamphlets in our office for you to pick up. Subjects include: drugs, alcohol, assault, wife assault, sexual assault, witness and victims of crime, health issues, peer pressure, stress reduction, fire safety, HIV and AIDS related issues, babysitting/babysitter tips, different crime prevention materials and many other pamphlets. The majority of our pamphlets are from the Addiction Research Foundation, Metropolitan Toronto Police, Health and Welfare Canada and the Metropolitan Toronto Housing Authority.

Books: You can also have access to our "Blue Book" (listing all community agencies and organizations in Metro Toronto), our "Living With AIDS Book" (lists the majority of resources available to anyone dealing with this issue), and we have a book called "Substance Abuse Recovery Facilites in Ontario" (lists all these facilities in Ontario). Because of the costs of these books, we are sorry but we cannot loan them out but you are more than welcome to use them in our office. Some of these books are earlier editions but are still valid.

Faxing: We will fax for you anything pertaining to lease renewal/rent, family benefits, welfare, employment insurance, etc. We will also fax a resume for you. Fax's cannot be long distance.
