SECOND WARD Bounded on the east by the Mississippi River, on the south by Pine street, on the west by Eleventh street, and on the north by Carr street to Broadway, thence to Wash street and along Wash street to Eleventh.

THIRD WARD Bounded on the east by the Mississippi River, south by Rutger and Autumn streets, west by Stoddard avenue and Twelfth street, and on the north by Plum and Cerre streets.

FOURTH WARD Bounded on the east by the Mississippi River south by Carr street to Broadway, and thence to and along Wash street to Eleventh street, west by Eleventh street, and north by Webster street.
