Finally, the board of the Irish Cyling Federation has been completed. After several weeks, it has been decided that the chairman roles will be kept by the President, Pat Mc'Quaid. Also, Tommy Campbell has decided to return to cycling, after his very short self-induced boxer-like retirement, taking up the role of Head of the Leisure Cycling Committee. This means that Campbell has served the FIC, and now ICF, in every position except Treasurer. The position of PRO, left vacant by Paddy Griffin has been filled by Ciaran Mc'Kenna. Also, the position of Head Of the Development Committee, previously held - albeit, briefly - by Dermot Dignam, is now Paddy O'Callaghan, father of Sean. This is the first time in the history of Irish Cycling that father and son have held positions on the board. The actual board is now as follows :
