This was my '67 GTO, probably the fastest car I have ever owned. A 2 door coupe, the body style was much rarer than the hardtop or the convertible. This car was ordered as a street racer originally; as bought it had the lighter, stiffer body style, plain interior with no console, and the drivetrain was the hottest you could get from Pontiac in that year Goat. A 400 HO, with the WS heads, rams horn exhaust manifolds, and the Muncie close-ratio 4 speed. Now, if only I could have kept the bottom end together I may have kept it, but after the third time of having the engine out I decided to let it go...

Everyone has a soft spot for their first car..this '71 malibu was mine. I bought it from my English teacher for $500, and it saw a lot of living in a few short years. Even with a worn out 307 (with headers and a 4bbl), I still won a few trophys with it at the local dragstrip.
This was the final incarnation of my '71...a 350/300 with quadrajet, headers, and a lopey cam.

Get in, sit down, shut up, and hold on!

I have always loved working on machines, especially cars. Over the years I have owned a few nice cruisers, and have many fond memories of each of them. I used to hold onto one for a couple years, fix them up to suit me, then sell them. Usually made a profit too!

This '84 Monte Carlo SuperSport was actually rebelrose's ride, but I talked her into it because I had wanted one since they came out my senior year in high school. Guess what...this was one piece of c***!!! The "stupidest" things broke, it wasn't fast, and worst of all...try getting an infant in and out of a child-seat in the back! We got tired of this one and moved on quickly.
