getpsp()                 Get the Program Segment Prefix

    getpsp() uses DOS call 0x62 to get the segment address of the program
    segment prefix.
 
    Returns:    The segment value of the PSP.
 
      Notes:    getpsp() can only be called using DOS 3.x.  For versions
                of MS-DOS 2.x and 3.x, the global variable '_psp' set by
                the startup code can be used instead.
