set for '99. "IMPEDE" consists of mostly the harsher material
from Knotsoul, thick, concrete, unapologetic roots noise. complete

Both tracks are over 30 min. and tend more towards the side of
collage activation rather than brooding darkwave noise, ambient or
industrial...though the prior can be sensed as these long tracks
evolve.

This is TWITCH's Newest full length release and is being released
at almost the same time as "Simplicity Complex" a full-length recorded
previously.
This release outs Twitch as an advocate of noise,techno, experimental,
darkwave, ambient, and black metal, as it incorporates it all into the
tracks on this CD. For those of you who dig Twitch's Rumbling darknoise
tracks on compilations like "machines in the garden" and "collapsing
structure" then you will be glad to see some new tracks, in that vein,
found here. Also you will find lightening fast noisey programming, the
occasional black vocal, a lot more samples than you've ever heard here
before, a bit of techno and ambient programming--all worked out with
the most experimental theory.

*Dark, often atmospheric in nature,ambient feeling pieces in the vein
of CAUL or other darkwave. Cadence's pieces reflect a certain spooky, sorrowful
tendency while remaining a part of its experimental live setting.
the TWITCH pieces vary often as there is looped insanity that ends up
sounding like the most demented black metal ever. Others are old school
influenced industrial. Others are straight ahead grafted noise pieces
with varying moods and the wail of an exiled orchestra crying for freedom
in the background. A real treat here is the 17 minute opus "Sonic Shrapnel"
which could perhaps be described as "beautiful noise" although its mood
and feel changes throughout the composition. Excellent.

utterance. Lyrics often communicate the often deep poetic meanings intended

although in an irreverant and incredibly diverse fashion by incorporating
new sound combinations and expressions.

just a taste of some of Twitch's earlier efforts and attempts at variation.

*The most painfully bizarre and diverse Twitch release to date. Dabbles in
dark techno, darkwave and ambience, doom industrial, minimalist, as well
as electro noise pieces set to poetry. Very different as Twitch releases go.
Interesting sonic experimentation and attempts at a few new genras
previously untouched by Twitch's Voideth. Scatter brained as an overall
project. WEIRD.

*Almost entirely live recording involving again the variations and
deviations that are often represented by A.I.M. projects. 3 part epic,
"the END" incorporates sort of unorthodox rhythms at times while bracing
the ebbing spoken word background. Other tracks are sheer minimalist sound.
Yet others include harsh noise, doomdustrial types of sounds, as well
as mechanized minimalism and the classic power of "dull". Interesting
release of diverse, sometimes headache inducing, sometimes most gentle
and soothing, excursions into new formations of sound.

*2 tracks, both nearly 30 minutes. BOTH created using just one single source
per track. "Liquid Malady" is the first. It is an epic aquatic journey
using only the sounds of water. It is extremely varied,thick and morphing.
It is varied and, at times, builds and builds up into a concrete rhythm
before suddenly dropping off into the deep black sea.
"Bleak(a dying tree anthem" the second piece, consists of sounds derived
solely from the material source of PAPER. Incredible manifestation akin to
Hands To or Beequeen. It stands as a very ambitious effort-strangely
intriguing.(will soon be re-issued on CD with a 12 minute bonus track "SPLITER")

*Limited edition tape from I.E. showcasing many different textures of
sound. It is harsh noise/ambience with enough atmosphere and textural
changes to keep you enthralled by the nightmarish quality of Internal
Empty's scarier tendencies. There are a few pieces that feature only
the sounds of the human lung and breathing processes. Many of the tracks
are single source pieces with source material such as the human heart,
a conveyer belt, 1 plastic source, incidental signals, 1 oscillating fan,
and many more. Interesting.
