"A hooded thing... a boy... you...dead. Xena's eyes widened.

"Gabrielle," she said calmly," I think we had the same dream." Gabrielle started to protest, "Xena that's impossible!" Xena shuttered as she saw the blood on Gabrielle's forehead. Gabrielle looked at Xena, and looked at the fear in her eyes. Then she saw the blood on Xena's forehead.

"Xena, are you saying that we had the same dream, at the same time?"

"Yes." Xena said with a worried look. Gabrielle laughed.

"No, no. Come on Xena, what's really going on?" Xena looked at the bright stars above.

"Gabrielle, I really don't know." Gabrielle had the same dream before, only instead of the little boy, there was Hope. Gabrielle didn't know what to do. Did her dream mean that Xena was pregnant with a "Son of Darkness"? No, thought Gabrielle, Dahak wouldn't try that again, or would he? Xena was also caught up in her thoughts. She didn't know what was happening. Her stomach had intense pain, worse than being pregnant with Solan. Did this mean she was pregnant? But how? Then it hit her. Dahak. Then Xena was taken back into a vision. Only the hooded figure was there and spoke to her. But this hooded figure looked different then the other one she saw in her other vision. This figure had a white robe on. The figure removed his mask and Xena had to block the bright light that was cast from the figure.

"I am a chosen one. So are you and your friend Gabrielle. I am someone that was ordered to inform you of your importance. Not only as a hero, but also as a deliverer. I was sent to tell you that you are carrying Kilopho. Kilopho is someone that each and every god of every religion has created and pieced together. Dahak is not gone, not by far. Kilopho will destroy Dahak for good. For Dahak has only a fraction of the power that Kilopho has. You have to see to this. You are Kilopho's teacher. You and Gabrielle will teach Kilopho strength and mental powers. But you must watch over you and Kilopho while you are carrying him. For Dahak has learned of Kilopho and is determined to destroy him. Kilopho is fragile while inside of you. That is the only time someone or something can kill Kilopho without the powers returning to the gods. Outside of you, he still can die, but all of his powers will return to the gods, and with that extra power they can learn from their mistakes and create a new creature of life. Dahak was the one that brought back the evil Xena, and he was determined to kill Kilopho by killing you inside and out. You, Gabrielle, and Kilopho can destroy Dahak, if you have faith and determination."

"I don't have either of those." said Xena as she moved slowly towards the bright figure.

"Yes you do. We all know you do." Xena suddenly awoke from the dream. Gabrielle also experienced this vision and awoke about the same time Xena did. Gabrielle looked at Xena with the same expression on her face that Xena had. Xena knew Gabrielle had the same vision that she had. Xena looked down at her stomach and realized that she now carried the hope of the world on her shoulders. No, not the hope...the future of the world. Xena then realized that there was someone behind her, she stood up and received her sword quickly. Gabrielle stood up too, holding her staff tightly in her hands. Xena gasped in horror. There wasn't just one person, there was 20. Sure this wouldn't be a big deal for Xena, that is if she wasn't carrying the future in her, and if the people she was staring at weren't drooling and slashing their claws in the air. And if some of them weren't snorting as they were sharpening their horns with their claws. Dahak was at it again.
