Lady Zendolyn's biography
Lady Zendolyn is a
Free Woman of the Caste of Scribes. She was born of Free parents - her
Patre, who was once a warrior and latterly became a scribe; and her Tassna,
the late Tatrix, who was
similarly descended
from a Warrior family and also became a Scribe. As it is a Tatriciate power
in the Domain rests in the hands of its ruling matriarchy, and in addition
its Tatrices have since time immemorial been adopted by the Taluna Tribe
of Ly`Lira, no less true of Lady Zendolyn and her Heiress than of her ancestors.

Her Homestone is here
in Zen's_Domain (IRC Austnet) and is an independent Canton-State hidden
deep within the Nortern parts of the Thentis Mountains. She has two brothers
one being her twin, Lord Zendolar the other their older brother Lord Zendolyr.
Both were admitted to the Warrior caste, they are highly regarded by their
bretheren, and are serving leaders in distant parts of Gor.
Whilst Lady Zendolyn
relishes her staus as both Tatrix & Free Woman. Being a Scribe runs
in her blood and remains her preoccupation. Her wealth, high status and
sharp wit, make her a woman confident in her identity, and sure in action.
Amongst her store of
fond memories from her formative years are the occasion of her mothers
gift, of an exquisite handmade bana which she wears to this day; and her
brother's gift on her 16th birtday of illak{Z} her kajirus. She remembers
well the security she felt when sitting for hours on a bench next to her
father while he quilled profound missives, and wrote lengthy scrolls. Her
deep, dark brown, eyes bespeak the volume of her emotions, and her deeply
cultured temperament.
She has been persued
by many without requite; but she recalls one who boldly stepped beyond
her accepted boundries, and tried to enslave her. Cold chills run through
her body still as she remembers the look of horror and disbelief in his
eyes; as she stuck him, deep and remorselessly with a kanda tipped quiva.
Good natured, kind, understanding and humerous, as she is universally known
to be, Lady Zendolyn has long since proved herself a woman well prepared
to defend herself and the objects of her loyalty. She is quick to lash
out and deadly if her anger reaches boiling point.
Lady Zendolyn is an
honorary Citizeness of the City of Tysaria, an honour bestowed by its Ubar,
GothicRaven, Free Companion of her friend and Sister Lady Nejta, Taluna,
& Mitri of the Tribe of Ly`Lira.
She has acted as Administrator
of the Castle Phoenix-Rising (once of Dalnet now but a ruin) when
it's Ubar Lord Aslaan was campaigning; she has old associations with slave
training, and has a reputation for having trained some of the most gracefull
and obedient slaves on Gor. She once managed the charming Ka-la-na House
(Austnet) whilst Lord Dracco was at war. Most significantly as the current
Tatrix of Zen's Domain (Austnet) she is famous for ruling with
wisdom, expertise and flair. She is multi-faceted and her talents are many,
although a busy woman Lady Zendolyn delights in the pleasures of entertaining
her friends in her free moments.
The portrait you see
below was painted secretly by Master Rem van Vosk and is not available
for public veiwing for obvious reasons ! It is most unlikely that you will
ever see her without her caste robes of concealment and five veils of the
deepest blue.
