in California . We are developing our network called ipUNIVERSAL to send
Fax and voicemail, Faxmail over the IP Internet worldwide. We are looking

or internet connection to send Faxes. The cost of sending such Fax
is almost the same cost as sending Fax within in your local area/
across town. Example: To send Fax from say Tokyo, Japan to Los Angles or
any where in USA/ Canada/ UK . If your customer wants to send Fax from
Tokyo where our Node will be allocated , he will dial in to our Node in
Tokyo, a local call and then the Node will transmit immediately the Fax
to our super Node in Los angles over the internet and then Los angles super
Node will dial the local Fax number in LA or any where in USA, Canada and
download the Fax to the destination Fax. This is immediate . Node in Tokyo,
once part of our ip UNIVERSAL Network will be given the terminating charges
in LA, for example it is 20 cents/ minute. Tokyo Node owner is permitted
to charge to its customer what ever they want but shuld not be more than
4 times the acutal cost. Each Node will generate its own CDR, Call Data
Records for every transmission send or received through the Node. That
way you can bill customer accordingly. You have an opportunity to
make an unlimited amount of money. No commissions. You are the Boss of
your own Node. We will be having the clearing house settlement of account
between the Node here in LA for the ipUNIVERSAL Network. We will
use each Node's CDRs to settle the accounting between the sending
Node and the terminating Node. We will offer you a turn-key Node with Rack
mounted Industrial chassis, CPU, HDD, RAM, NIC hardware and all the software
fully configured, tested and burn- in with full technical and maintenance
support. These Nodes are available for 4 -port system or 8 or 16 to 32
port systems. We will provide professional network management and settlement
of accounts between the Nodes. We are the only company with all this
features to make a complete professional network. In addition we offer
real time voice, Fax to E-Mail, Voice Mail and other features. If
your company is interested to become part of our ipUNIVERSAL Network,

feature with full technical & mantainance support. Additional features
will only require more software. Nodes are configured for 4 port, 8 port,
16 port, 24 port and 32 ports.
