Junior Swopshire - 36 - guilty of hunting deer from a public road, hunting from a vehicle - fined $438.

Sept. 14, 1997, Echols County, GA

William Billingsley - 29 - guilty of hunting deer at night, hunting from a public road, hunting from a vehicle, possession of illegally-taken wildlife. - fine $1,200.

Timothy Tipton - 18 - guilty of hunting deer at night, hunting from a public road, hunting from a vehicle - fined $996.

Cynthia Ann Lumpkin, 18, - guilty of hunting at night, hunting from a public road, hunting from a vehicle, obstruction of a law enforcement officer - fined $1,318.75, one year's
probation, hunting privileges suspended for one year, she may not possess a firearm during probation.

Ronald Lee Smith - 20 - guilty of hunting without permission, hunting big game over bait, killing a hen turkey - fined $790, suspended hunting privileges in Georgia for two years.

Horne - 29 - guilty of hunting over bait, possession of a controlled substance - fined $640 each,12 months probation, they may not hunt on federal property nationwide, confiscation of bows, arrows and stands, perform 40 hours of community service on Harris Neck Island.

Richard S. Foy - 21 - Jason Scott Green, 18,charged with hunting deer at night, killing antler-less deer - fined $628 each. Second charge, fined $1,778 each. Killing antler-less deer fined $628 each. $1,080 in probation costs. Total $4,114 apiece.
In addition, all hunting privileges suspended for three years.
