I thought this movie was the best comedy of the
year. I really loved Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt together in this
movie. They played off of each other very well. Nicholson's
character was so shrewd and offensive that it could almost make you sick,
but it didn't, because he is Jack! I cant really describe how good
the movie was because it is one of those things you have to see.
The only thing I can say, is it deserves every award it has got and nominated
for.

As Good As It Gets is so far the funniest movie
I've seen this (sorta) new year. The thing had me laughing all the
way through! Jack Nicholson (who plays Melvin) had no mercy on anybody.
Yet, he could be got to as well. Anyway, he did a great job, and
I'm glad he got a Golden Globe
Award for it. Fellow Globe winner Helen Hunt
didn't do too bad herself. She's about the only one who can put up
with Melvin at all (except when it comes to her son) and they had good
chemistry together. As for the dog, he was hilarious! Anyway, I give
the movie a couple of thumbs way
way up for As Good As It Gets and recommend it
for anyone who's out for a good laugh (the great thing about this movie
is that its hilarious to anybody from teen on up into infinity) So go see
it!!!
