If we ask in faith…believing,
Then, why do we worry and doubt?
Why do we fuss and try so hard,
Trying to work it all out?

To pray…to ask for our need,
This to do…without a doubt;
‘Tis written in God’s Word,
So…that’s what it’s all about.

Sometimes He will give a Word,
That will set us free;
Or He will send someone to cross our path,
Thus, helping you and me.

Father has so many different ways,
To see each need is met;
Limited…No, and that’s for sure,
No need to worry or to fret.

All that He asks of us,
Is that we believe He’s heard our prayers;
And, that He will work things out,
For our heavenly Father really cares.

So, let’s not get on our knees,
Expecting all God’s best;
Then, pick up our problem again,
Out of His hands…the problem…wrest!

Why would we implore Him for His help,
When we’d rather do it all ourselves?
By faith…believing…’tis the way,
His way and not that of myself!
