calm and serene surroundings.
- 2001: Broad Gauge Tracks have been successfully laid in Kanchipuram!! It has been a big relief for lot of Commutators.
- Aug/Sept 2000: ECE Dept conducted a Technical Symposium SHREYAS2000 followed by the Chemical Dept's CHEMPACT. AMACE Trustee was magnanimous enough to provide funds for all these symposia.
- 2nd August 2000: A National Level Symposium INSTRUFEST2K was conducted by the Department of Instrumentation and Control.
- June 2000: Currently AMACE has a fleet of 8 buses, seven of them plying to Kanchee and the 8th one plying to Cheyyar
- 20th Aug 1999: A State Level Symposium INSTRUFEST 99 was conducted by the Department of ICE. This was a maiden venture by the Students and they did it pretty well. The delegates said, they were highly impressed by the Hospitality of Amacian!
- June 1999: The Branch "Information Technology" has been Introduced in AMACE!!
- Kanchipuram is set to enter the Broad gauge map of Indian railways.Work is set to start
from the month of Jan-99.
27-12-98:
- A week long conference on advanced graphics software was conducted within the campus.Eminent professors in the field from various institutes like IIT,Chennai, Anna University,TVS group of industries etc attended the conference.
