Storyteller from Harleyville, SC.  Member of the Backporch Storytellers of Charleston.

Storyteller from Islington, Ontario, Canada. Member of that city's 1001 Friday Nights of Storytelling group. Murray, formerly with the Imperial Bank of Canada, presents a program entitled: "Tales from the Attic."

Alice Smith
Andrews, SC storyteller who can be found almost every week at one of the local libraries telling her stories. "Miss Alice" uses flannel board and cut outs in many of her stories. Member of Backporch Storytellers.

Elementary teach from Summerville, SC who uses storytelling in her curriculum to enhance the whole language approach to reading. Member of Backporch Storytellers. Mary enjoys telling folktales and book adaptations.

Well known Georgetown County Storyteller also known as the wise and mystical "Dr. Buzzard." Robert offers stories he learned from his grandfather and works to preserve the Gullah language and tales.
