Aaron was at the American Music Awards last night. I couldn't believe it when I was standing right next to him, telling him how much my twin nieces liked him, that he was my height!! I'm 19 yrs old and he's 13!! Amazing.... Anyway, he presented an award to Billy Gillman (or something like that) for Best Country New Artist (he was pretty cute saying his acceptance speech up there with the microphone taller than him!). He was with his mother, Jane, sitting not too far from the Boys.

Aaron played reporter for Access Hollywood on January 9th. I didn't watch like I usually do 'cause I was at a party that night. Anyway, Aaron interviewed people at the AMAs and Nick was on there for a few seconds, too. Check out Tour Dates section for Aaron's tour.

Aaron is going to do a concert of Disney's In Concert along with Samantha Mumba. It's going to be taped in February 2001 at the Disney-MGM Studios theme park at Disney World in Orlando. It will air in March 2001.

On January 18th, Aaron performed in front of 200,000 people at the "Rock In Rio" festival. Fans in attendance said he looked a little nervous. I would be, too, with that many people.

Aaron is nominated for a Kid's Choice Award. He's the only musical act in the "Favorite Rising Star" category. Voting will begin on February 19th at all participating Burger Kings nationwide and the show will take place on April 21st, airing on Nickelodeon. Good luck, Aaron!!

In my issue of today's Rolling Stone Daily, it said that Aaron is going to make a cameo appearance on Disney's original series, Lizzie McGuire. The episode is set to air on March 23rd.

Aaron is slated to be one of the opening acts for the summer leg of the Backstreet Boys' 2001 Black & Blue World Tour. The summer tour will be a tour of stadiums in the U.S. That's a lot of people.

Aaron will be one of the many guest attending the 5th Annual Team-Up Celebration at Constitution Hall in Washington D.C. this Saturday to help kick off NBA's All-Star Day. The Celebration will be broadcast on NBC, TNT, BET, Nickelodeon, and NBA.com at 12noon EST/9am PST. Aaron is not performing, but many others will be, such as O-Town and Shaggy. You never know, Aaron might be interviewed.

On March 30th, Disney's In Concert presents Aaron Carter and Samantha Mumba. It starts at 7pm, so mark your calendars!! Don't forget to watch! Aaron has joins the cast of "Seussical", the Broadway musical celebration of Dr. Seuss, on April 4th for a five-week run through May 6th. Aaron plays "JoJo", the littlest Who, a lad who runs away from home and finds himself in the army. Good luck with that, Aaron!!

During Aaron's Teen People chat on March 29th, he said the he and Nick did a duet for his upcoming album called "Oh, Aaron". He also said his album is coming out around September. For those of you interested, Aaron said he has a lot of girlfriends but isn't locked down to just one. I hope you all watched Lizzie McGuire when Aaron was on. It was so cute and Aaron did a great job. Right now, he's on Broadway as "JoJo" in the musical "Seussical".

At big congratulations goes out to Aaron. His second album, Aaron's Party (Come Get It) was certified 2x platinum this month!! And he was on Access Hollywood last night, which repeated this afternoon at 12noon, where they did a story on his work as "JoJo" in "Seussical". They talked to him, Bob and Jane Carter, and many of his fans that went to see him in it. They were all pretty excited. Also, Aaron will be performing at "Lupus 2001" on June 1st. So go check it out.

Aaron did a great performance at the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards. He and big brother Nick were both up for the "Burp Award" but they lost to Cameron Diaz and Aaron pied Nick. Aaron's going on tour this summer with sister Leslie and it kicks off June 15th in Pheonix, AZ. I've also heard it starts June 24th in Bakersfield, CA. It's a 45-city tour and I've heard it's a 47-city tour. I'm pretty sure the A*Teens are still going with them either way.

Aaron has decided to continue playing "JoJo" in the musical Seussical until May 13th. And don't forget Aaron is performing at Lupus 2001 at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando.

Aaron was on Rosie yesterday. He did an awesome performance and a cool interview. They talked about him being in Seussical and how much fun he's having doing it. Awesome job, Aaron!!
