Sarah says that even though her job sounds glam, it can be lonely at times. Her parents divorced when Sarah was very young. Sarah's intro to showbiz was a Burger King commercial that she did when she was five. Her most recent project will be Simple Irresistible. Sarah says she hangs out mostly with Alyson Hannigan(Willow) on the Buffy scene, whom she says she was like in high school. When she first auditioned for Buffy, they wanted to cast Sarah as Cordelia, but after about 17 times of rereading etc. Sarah was cast as Buffy. Sarah eventually wants an episode where Buffy is in a coma. "It will be a two parter," she says. When Sarah was a star on All My Children, her make-up artist used to tell her that she looked like the girl in the weird movie, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." Lucky for Sarah, she has taken tae kwon do since she was 9, so she is prepared for the fighting scenes in Buffy. Sarah says that most of the Buffy episodes are metaphors for high school life. Remember the episode where the girl disappeared because everyone ignored her? Most of us can relate to that. How about the episode about the hyena-possessed kids who traveled around school in a pack? It was actually about how kids in high school can do mean things for no reason at all- just because of a mob mentality, Sarah says.
