There is no God, this I know
‘cus if there is, he’s a mean sicko’
In a world like this, how can he exist?
A world of pain, one filled with hatred
And what of greed? Corruption? Violence?
The list goes on and on
How can he let this be?
Then pass it up, as a test for you and me
But no more of it I say
If it’s a test, it’s one I’ll fail
With a smirk on my face
From here on end
My only faith lies in me
I’ll believe only in what my eyes see
In what’s in front of me
And cast my fate
In nothing other than what I want it to be.
