Article XII : Treasury

Article XIII : Amendments to the Canon.
This Canon may be altered, amended, repealed only according to the
guidelines set forth in IX:A:5.

Article XIV : Ratification.

We, the undersigned, do hereby ratify this Canon, as revised on
this Third day of January, in the Year of the Sword Fourteen Hundred and
