I am going to make this as a flat piece and frame it for her.

The seven colors used are gold, shiny black, red, white, clear, green and blue.
Seven is the number used in the bible for perfection.
This makes a standard 7 1/4 inch bracelet.
For a true 8 inch bracelet add 4 rows of background color to each end.
