A "waxy" skin dolls, similar to the ones that seem to have been made in Russia to depict the various Soviet Union republics. Purchased through Ebay May 2002
Seller wrote: "This is a tall costume doll at 18 inches, without her hat. Her torso and legs are a normal colour, and are a very hard plastic (not the easily breakable type). But her arms and head are a white very hard plastic. She is in fine condition apart from a red stain on her shawl, which will probably wash out. I don't know how old she is, I purchased her from a toy collectors fair"
