Pete Conry
Pete was the fourth son of Dan and Frances Conry. He is said to have been the best-looking of the Conry boys.
He was a miner and also worked in the Company Store at Coalmont.
His oldest daughter was argistered nurse and served with the Red Cross in France during WWI. His only son also served in France during WWI. His second daughter was also a nurse.
A grandson, Carl Lappin, became a consultant for textbooks that are printed in Braille by American Printing House for the blind.
Pete was married twice. His first wife was Lee Goodman (6 November 1863 - 17 July 1887). His second was Hattie Patton (30 August 1863 - 17 August 1947).
