I am so glad that you have decided to visit my travel page. You will find many interesting and beautiful places, most of which are in the Eastern United States. I am so fortunate to have been able to see some of the most beautiful sites from Maine to Key West in Florida. The above picture was taken while on a visit there. I have been to Florida several times and stayed in St. Petersburg Beach and from there made many side trips to Cape Canaveral, Sarasota, Naples, Tampa and of course Disney Land. Let me say there is nothing like sitting on the beach facing the the beautiful Gulf watching a sun set. The vastness of this body of water and being able to watch this magnificent view makes you appreciate the beauty of our surroundings. No matter where you travel, whether it be Cadillac Mountain in Maine to watch the sun rise, or the white mountains in New Hampshire taking a train up to the top of Mt. Washington or the green mountains in Vermont to see the fall foilege or New York State, known as having a thousand lakes, like Long Lake, Saranac Lake, Lake Placid the Finger Lakes or on to Niagra Falls, the beauty, the panamoric views, the thrill of riding a chair lift to the top of a mountain, or taking a boat ride to the falls or on a lake, you can never imagine the feeling you have when you think that all of this and so much more is part of our great country, something of which I am so proud to be such a small part of. I have so many more places to tell you about but I wish that everyone learns to open their eyes and just enjoy the beauty around them. If you see nothing surrounding you then please look up toward the heavens and there you will see beautiful clouds, the sun and in the evening the stars will shine as will the moon. Even on a dark dreary night, we can all be sure that God is looking down at us and admiring his beautiful creation of the earth. Now please enjoy traveling with me through my homepage.
