Well my name is Walter Fairbanks and I am a Firefighter/EMT in Cisco Texas, I have been with The Cisco Fire Department for about 4 years now. I was born in Oswego NY in July of 1967 and not long after that my family moved to El Paso TX where I grew up. I graduated from Socorro High School in June of 1986 and went on to become a D.J. for a night club in El Paso, I worked there for about 3 years and then I went into the U.S. Coast Guard in January of 1990. I spent about 4 years and 6 months in the military and most of it I was stationed in Boston MA, I then moved to Cisco in 1994 after leaving the military, I worked with the Eastland County Sheriff's Department for sometime before I went to work for The Cisco Fire Department. I am currently the Training Chief for the fire department.
