Cutting Edge Consulting and their staff have stolen the content and intent of my website. Contained here is a sample of the content of my site. It is a personal website not for profit of any sort and only intended for women who are interested or who work in the construction trades. As you may know, working in construction is hard work. I have spent the past nine years constructing my original site and writing all of the link descriptions, chasing dead links and adding links as I found sites. This week, I discovered that Cutting Edge Consulting, a firm who wants you to pay them money for their "research" has stolen my copyrighted site content and are displaying it as their own. They have taken my hard work and plagerized it. Please do not fall prey to their ruse. They are trying to profit from my work. I have over 5 thousand visitors to my site every month. People from all over the world from many walks of life and in many languages come to my site to learn and become linked to the world of women in construction, a site that I have long owned and developed and conceived of. When I first began to create my site, the only thing that came up on a search of women in construction was a site that had to do with sex changes or something like that. I am proud to be a part of making that something that is far down the list when you are searching for information about work ideas, stories on how we made it. I have worked in construction for over 23 years, hard work, dirty hands kind of work. I worked with all men for many years and I can say, none of us ever stole each others' work. I have built and worked for many fine companies and buildings, military aircraft and submarines, I have held security clearances and I have dug ditches. Nobody ever stole my work, until now. The cowards were too afraid to link directly to my main site, but they did manage to link to many of my sub sites and EVERY single link in their related links page is DIRECTLY from my true site which you can find by typing in "women in construction" in many search engines. I have visitors from companies and universities etc from many countries. I am proud to help all of you to find out what you need. I have a story and someday I may tell it to all. What it's like to be the only woman on a job, sometimes the guys are happy to have you there and sometimes they may not be, but I am happy to say that usually I felt very welcome where I worked, and I think it is because I have a very strong work ethic. I work hard and I don't stop unless it's a mandatory break time. I know my trade and I try very hard to do what needs to be done. I have been awarded many times and I am able to fix problems that others have been unable to fix. I have worked as an electrician all these years and I have always only done my own work, so perhaps you may see why I am so upset by these theives.
