Fore score and many years ago, on this continent, was born a beautiful child. From his birth, Barnacle Bill has survived the turmoil's of life by making his own destiny in an ever changing world. But, he didn't receive the title of Barnacle until he had acquired the proper training and experience as a sea captain. Barnacle spent countless hours on the high seas, be it in a little row boat or some of the BIGGEST of Navy ships. As he progressed in this life to the status which he highly deserves today, Barnacle is an inspiration to all that come in contact with him. In about the year of 1987, Barnacle was awarded the the title of BARNACLE BILL by the Congress of the United States of America. In a joint Chiefs of Staff meeting, all agreed that Barnacle Bill was more than worthy of this highest of seafaring titles. This is how Barnacle Bill came to be.
