Being brought up in Staffordshire the 28 year old always wanted to be either an archeologist or a ballet dancer (I wouldn't object to seeing her in a leotard) and she trained as an athlete but later became an actress (and a bloody good one). She attened the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before landing a part in the excellent TV series 'Cardiac Arrest'. In a lot of Helen's roles she has had to perform nude scenes (but who cares?) and one scene required her to drive, which she does not do in the real world.
