Angie started her career as a model. Her parents had been models and she has been modeling since she was a baby. At about 6 years old she hit an awkward stage. She was gangly and uncoordinated. She had two huge front teeth. Her nickname was 'Mako Shark' at that time. She got braces and grew into her height by Junior High. At age 15, Angie beat out 63,000 girls to win 'Seventeen' magazine's cover girl of the year award. She flew to New York for her first national photo shoot and was awarded several prizes including a brand new car. It sat in her driveway for a year because she wasn't old enough to have a driver's license.

After graduating from high school, Angie settled in New York where she began her highly successful modeling career. It took her all over the world. She has graced the covers of 'Vogue,' 'Bazaar,' 'Cosmopolitan,' 'GQ,' 'Esquire,' and many European fashion magazines. She has modeled for designer as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Issac Mizrahi, Rifat Ozbek, Armani, and Georgio on the runways of Paris, Milan and New York.

She moved to Los Angeles and has been studying with an acting coach. She is a tremendously gifted actress. She has several national commercial to her credit including a 'GEO Metro' spot for director Jake Scott. When she got the role As Ryan McBride on 'Baywatch Nights,' David Hasselhoff and the other Executive Producers were in the process of conducting a nationwide search to cast the role. By chance David met Angie on a cross-country flight. As a coincidence, David was discovered on an airplane for the lead of 'Knight Rider.'

Acting had been her dream since she was a child, but Angie wasn't so sure since this was her first audition for a TV series. She did not want to blow it. She was really nervous, but after reading for David and the other Executive Producers and casting agents, she was hired.

Her character Ryan McBride started off as a lawyer in the show's first season. She joined Lt. Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff) and Garner Ellerbee (GregAlan Williams) as their third partner in opening a detective agency. In the second season however, Greg did not return to the show and pursued movie roles. The agency became the Buchannon and McBride detective agency. The show had a new twist in its second season as well. The two investigated supernatural cases. And Ryan was now a scientist. Fans thought that the show was too unlike Baywatch and as a result, BW Nights did not enjoy high ratings. It was cancelled in after the completion of its second season.

Gifted Angie went on to the Crime FBI drama, 'C-16' on ABC which premiered in the 1997-1998 season.
