The energy of the sun is laced through everything... on earth. Cosmologically, we, as living beings, are part of the sun's system. We as human beings are vain to a critical fault in that we do not recognize this or make it a part of our daily thinking; we fail to digest it emotionally as a deep and lasting awareness. We are part of the sun's system. We are within it... as much as fish are in water. We are subject to it's laws, and are subjunctive to it. We are PART OF the solar system. Not independent.

What part do we play? Why are we here?

We are part of "nature"... the organic coating on the surface of the earth. So the second thing we must realize is -- we are WITHIN and are PART OF NATURE. We must serve nature in some way. This is an obviously deducible physical law. We fit into nature somehow and it's purposes. We are part of the world of nature, on the planet earth, in the solar system. How could we think otherwise?

What would be the matter with us... to result in any thinking otherwise? What is being noted here - is a statement, simply, of the "obvious".

The "obvious" that we do not think about day-to-day... The thoughts of people in different cultures differ, but at any given time there is a "level" of humanity on the planet. We are in a highly developed cultural plane, and therefore if we see faults of serious importance in our thinking, and emoting, assuredly, this means the "humanity" quotient at the present time is in a "challenged" condition (vis a vis what we have to work with - and what we are making of it).

"LIFE" comes from somewhere else. That is clear. It comes from "above" in the sense of higher worlds. We are derived, as living beings, from a "source" of existence and vibrance a lot "higher" than us (vibrating more rapidly, of much more intensity and energy). Our existence is subjunctive to more intense phenomena of existential forms of energy and "being". We are within the pond of a larger "living" universe.

We are "from above"...given life. Existence. Being. We were "created". Through exactly what form and process we do not know, but we can clearly deduce from what we DO know...we are derivative beings. Dervied from a source of superior power, energy, radiation... We are encompassed within the world of a "higher" being. And actually, to be quite correct, within the WORLD(s) of higher beings.

Fish in an aquarium on your shelf are within the "world" of SEVERAL worlds on various planes of reality of: 1) your home and you directly 2) the homes on your block 3) your town 4) your region 5) the culture (country) you are in 6) your continent or region of continent 7) life on the landmass of the earth 8) the earth 9) the solar system 10) the milky way 11) all galaxies ........and beyond

Within the reality of where and how any one fish lives in that tank right now...a "higher being" of benevolenvce would be a being of a higher order, looking out for it, providing for it, helping it. That would not necessarily be an "angelic" description for the relationship of immediately higher beings to "humans" (for various and specific reasons), but it is a rough analogy given for a reason. To show that any fish in your tank, does not exist in a world of it's own, (is not "independent" from our perspective...only from his as he "swims around..feeling very independent"). He doesn't know he can't live without water, until he gets out. And is in trouble. Beyond pragmatic and practical definitions of what this fish's "fish tank" world is... the fish exists (as it is now) dependent upon you, a higher life source, and your "larger" worlds of "life". If you do not provide for it in that tank. It dies. It is dependent upon you.

Now think clearly... what life form do you know that is not dependent upon other life forms? So where is the "beginning" and the "end" of the universe? Can you say? Only limited "linear" thinking poses this problem/question. There is other "thinking" though. Multidimensional thinking. You do not have this thinking as a state of being, but it is possible, potential, for a human being. It goes with a "higher state of consciousness". With that higher state and that higher thinking, you know many things you do not know now. Have understandings you do not have now.

Without such higher level(s) of consciousness and thinking, you are (relatively speaking) "in the dark". Just as a fish is imprisoned in the water and only knows from what his or her perceptions within the incarnation of that being ...in the "world" in which it lives...perceive (believe/"know"). He knows from being a fish..in a tank of water.... That's it.

The "HUMAN" BEING..."MAN" as we find him, apparently has more possiblities of "knowing" and "being" (and "doing") than a fish. As does a tadpole or a caterpiller. Only we are told over and over again in relgious/spirtual literature that this "evolution" into a different being..while happening "by programming" in frogs and butterflies...does not happen "by itself" in man. It is a POSSIBILITY, not a certain fate.

What we are here to talk about is the --- PSYCHOLOGY (how it would happen, internally) of MAN's "POSSIBLE"... EVOLUTION (transformation into a being of a higher order with more freedom and more possibilties than in his previous, limited, lower state).

How does man transform? Well, just as tadpoles and caterpillers... NOT "en-masse"...but ...ONE by ONE.

So if man's POSSIBLE evolution is not "automatic" (programmed genetically to happen without any effort or help from the man (inside) or from outside)...AND, if evolution happens only "one by one"... Man's possible evolution is - as a possibility - (and by logical deduction) something that must considerably be up to him or her. One must "choose" to try to evolve (nothing guaranteed). Sense the possiblity, feel it, learn about it, discover it, find a way to make it happen, and use that way.

A noted religious leader in the "western" world of our recent times -- George I. Gurdjieff... stated there are "four ways". The way of the monk (monastic), the way of the fakir (phsycial work to transform inner will and psychology), the way of the yogi (mental rearrangement to create a mentation that will attract and support the arrival of a "higher state of consciousness" ...though a changed skew of action/inaction). Then there is the "fourth way".... A more difficult, more dangerous way.

We are here to talk about -- The "FOURTH WAY" of evolution that is possible for A ... man or woman, in the human species, on the earth, under the sun.

When you can see God in a blade of grass, you are thinking as you should be.
