Fish Beth's Lazy Sardines

Preparation Time: 15 minutes max

Recipe Ingredients


1 small can of sardines in tomato sauce (3 pieces)
1 large onion, chopped
2-5 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
5-10 calamansi (Phil. lime) (10 or more if you prefer a more sour taste.) Use 1/2-1 lime if you don't have calamansi.

1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
pepper to taste



Recipe Directions


1. Saute garlic and onion in cooking oil.
2. Add sardines. Simmer.
3. Turn off heat.
4. Add soy sauce and pepper.
5. Squeeze in calamansi juice.
6. Stir slightly until blended.

SERVE and ENJOY! Add more calamansi if you prefer.
