1 can sardines in tomato sauce, mashed (3 pieces)
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup santol (inner skin) grated
1 tbsp cooking oil
soy sauce
pepper to taste
salt to taste

1. Saute onions and garlic in cooking oil.
2. Add sardines and santol skin.
3. Simmer.
4. Turn off heat and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
SERVE and ENJOY. Rich in calcium and vitamin C.
