No matter what time of year it is, this bouquet of flowers you create can brighten up your room -- or your mom!

• CrayolaŽ markers
• CrayolaŽ scissors
• cardboard egg carton
• pipe cleaners
• paper

1. Cut apart the sections of a cardboard egg carton. You may want to ask an adult to help.
2. Decorate the sections with markers. Use different colors and designs to make your flowers your own.
3. Make a hole in the bottom of each section.
4. To make a stem, insert a pipe cleaner, bend and twist it to keep carton section in place.
5. On the paper, draw and color leaves for each flower. Remember, leaves don't have to be green!
6. Poke a hole near the base of each leaf and then slide them up the pipe cleaner stem.
7. Give them to your mom, your teacher, your sister or put them in your room!
