New backgrounds added 09-08-2000
Welcome To Backgrounds By Brat! Here you will find original tile backgrounds, border backgrounds, and design sets all of which are categorized by color, theme, and style. These backgrounds and borders have been created over the last year and different styles have been added as I have learned new skills. I try to update this page on a regular basis and add new backgrounds and themes whenever possible, so please check back in from time to time. However, I do make personalized backgrounds and am constantly working on web site design and misc. graphic projects, so please be patient if sometimes my updates are not as often as we would all like them to be.
All backgrounds and graphics within this site were made by and remain property of Brat(RjH). I will, however, allow anyone to use these backgrounds as long as their use is within the following guidelines...
1. They are for personal use ONLY..No Commercial use allowed without prior permission!
2. They may not be redistributed..You may not put them in another gallery or similar site for distribution!
3. They must not be altered in ANY way without prior permission!
4. Do not link to my server..DOWNLOAD all backgrounds and such to your own server space! Click here for more info
5. If you use ANY of my backgrounds, borders, set, or other graphics, you must suply a link back to my site using on of the methods or banners found here- Brat Banners
6. Do NOT use any of my personal backgrounds for any reason. Backgrounds found within the sample tables and pages are the only ones that may be used by anyone without prior permission.
Not required, but feel free to drop me a line with your URL so I can add it to my list of pages using my backgrounds. I will be adding a list of links soon and if you have used any of my backgrounds and send me your URL I would be glad to add you!! Please make sure that when mailing me the URL, you state weither or not you would like it to appear on the links page.

these guidelines in mind, let's move on!

am in the process of heavy duty refacing of this site. I
will keep my site open during this process, so if you see
some pages that seem to follow a different theme, Know
that those too will soon be changing. Thank you for your
