Hello! My name
is Frankie and Welcome! I am a Decorative Artist, designer, teacher,
business owner and my personal publisher. I really enjoy teaching
others to paint and hope to start travel teaching later this year.
I've been painting and doing shows for 26 years. My goal is to
be able to become certified by the National Society of Tole And
Decorative Painters next year. I helped to create and start our
local Cleveland, Tennessee NSDP chapter, South East Tennessee
