Epilogue

It's been 2 years since Brian's death. I still miss him. But I've gotten over it. After the press-conference, the Boys did take a few months off. Then they made the announcement to continute on, knowing it wouldn't be the same.

The Backstreet Boys didn't lose all that many fans. They didn't replace Brian and are still going strong, with 4 members. They just release their 4th album a month ago and still went several platinum in several countries. Brian is mentioned from time to time. There are these people who don't understand how they could continure on. Yet, there are others who know that Brian would want them to stay together.

The concerts still have the same screamers and cryers. I've been to 3 BSB concerts since Brian's death, and there were several signs saying stuff like 'In Loving Memory of Brian "B-Rok" Littrell' & 'I Still Love You Brian', etc. The Boys sing a song in memory of Brian at every concert. Fans cry and all that stuff, but I believe we'll all be okay.

There's one song that always reminds me of Brian. It's called One Sweet Day by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men...

Sorry I never told you
All I wanted to say
Now it's too late to hold you
Cuz you've flown away
So far away

Never had I imagined
Living without your smile
Feeling and knowing you hear me
It keeps me alive
Alive

CHORUS

And I know you're shining down on me from heaven
Like so many friends we've lost along the way
And I know eventually we'll be together
One sweet day

Darling, I never showed you
Assumed you'd always be there
Took your presence for granted
But I always cared
And I miss the love we shared

CHORUS

Although the sun will never shine the same
I'll always look to a brighter day
Lord I know when I lay me down to sleep
You will always listen as I pray

CHORUS (x2)

Sorry I never told you
All I wanted to say

In the long run, everyone has gotten over it. But Brian's presence will never leave our hearts.
