Nick gently placed Jessica on the vanity counter in the bathroom. The Carter's had a humungouse bathroom, so Nick had plenty of room. Nick had removed Jess's knee pads and elbow pads. And by this point Jessica was sobbing uncontrollably.
"Oh...I know it hurts Jess...I'm gonna clean it up for you!! Don't worry ok Baby" Nick said as he softly kissed Jessica's hand.
Nick searched high and low for the disinfectant.
"I found it!" Nick said triumphanty.
He grabbed cottin swabs and bandaids and slowly began to approach Jessica with them. He drenched the cottin swabs in the disinfectant and persisted to get closer to her scraped up knee.
"NO!!! You...are....not.....putting that on my....cut!" She spit out between sobs.
"Come on Jess, trust me. It is only going to take a minute. I have to clean it out." Nick said. And he quickly placed the disinfectant on her knee.
"NIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCKKKKKKKK!!!!!!" Jessica screamed. "THAT IS LIKE FIRE!!!!!!"
"I'm sorry. Ok their I am done" He said slapping his hands togther. He placed bandaids on her elbow, her wrist, both her knees. She was covered up with cuts, and scrapes.
He helped her walk into the living room, he carefully helped her sit down.
"Nick...what did I slip on?" Jessica said quietly.
"It was gravel. But it wasn't their when we left" Nick said taking Jessica's hands and kissing them.
"How do you think it got their?" She began to cry. "Do you think someone purposly put it their?" She said.
Nick looked up at Jessica, he didn't want to think anyone would do that to her, but he realised it was s possibility.
"I don't know sweety, I.....hmm.......I am going to keep a closer eye on you from now on....I don't want this happening again."
Nick put his arm around Jess and they sat their like that for a while. They thought of what they were going to tell Kimberly and Nicole, how were they going to explain what happened to Brian and Kevin? Nick didn's show it, but inside....he was scared for Jess... He didn't want to think of the possibility of a fan trying to sabatoge, or physically injure his girlfriend. But deep down inside, he believed this was true.
