Hiya, okay, to go with new look of the page, I have also created a new set of guidelines to
make getting your BSButtons easier for you, and for me. It is a big responsibility running
this website and managing the button distribution and there are a few things that are
starting to bother me as I shift through the requess for BSButtons. Anywayz, without
further adue, the new BSButton Guidelines:
1) When you apply for a Backstreet Button please please put the URL to the site
that you plan on putting the button on. You have no idea how many requests I
cannot process because no one puts their URL. If you don’t have a homepage and want a
BSButtons just take it, and don’t bother to submit the form because that kinda wastes my
time. Just go straight to the
buttons page.
2. If you already have a Backstreet Button and want another one, please do
not fill out the submission form again. Just take the button you want, wether it
be your second button or your fifth, please don’t fill out the form, I beg
you don’t. It just wastes more of your time as well as more of mine. I already
have the link to your page from the first button request you submitted, therefore I do not
need it again. Thanx =)
3) Please do not send junk mail such as chain letters or petitions to the
Backstreet Button address BSButtons@hotmail.com. It is a form processing e-mail
account only. Although, if you are experiencing any difficulty with your buttons or have
any questions about Backstreet Buttons please do e-mail bsbuttons@hotmail.com. Deleting and shifting
through junk mail also takes up valuable time.
4) Please don’t get mad and start e-mailing Backstreet Buttons if your link does
not appear on the same day you submit your
Backstreet Button request for your homepage. I am sometimes not able to update as often
as I wish, but don’t worry all your URLs will be up, just give me some time.
