Eastern Oklahoma is a beautiful and rugged area of the state. Small communities dot the map amongst farmland and undisturbed wildlife preserves with their foothill mountains, towering pines, and forests of oak and cedar. Lakes, rivers and streams cut through the wilderness to join the Arkansas River adding to the rustic setting.
Through this site, I hope to provide a central directory where lost and found family pets can be located and returned inspite of this diversity. Links with local newspapers, police departments, state recreational agencies, veterinarians and anyone else I can think of, will be kept here along with the decriptions of currently lost and found pets, Every effort will be made to reunite a lost pet with it's family.
- Beagle. Female. 8 months old. Lost at"Sunset Corner"at Jct of 9-59 Hwy.
- Blk lab and two yellow lab puppies, all under 3 months old, possibly traveling together, or with above mentioned Beagle. Lost at "Sunset Corner" at Jct of 9-59 Hwy. All wearing collars.
- Female Pitbull. 4 months old. Blk & white, with blk patches over eyes. Blk tail with white tip. No collar. Call name "Trinity" Lost Ft Smith, North "B"area. Large reward!
- Found, Australian Shepherd. Ft smith area.
- Found, small white dog, around 5th Street, Ft. Smith.
- Found, Beagle on Shiloh Rd. Ft. Smith.
- Found, medium sized black male dog, vicinity of No. 48th and Grand. Ft. Smith.
- Lost, medium sized female black dog. Sixth and Sylvan Hills. Ft. Smith.
- Lost, Basset Hounds. Female about 30# and male about 80#. Savannah area. Ft Smith
- 7 month old Black Lab female. Wearing teal collar with tag. Near Saddleback Ranch, exit 330 and I-40
- English Bulldog. Brindle /white. Male. Approx 70#. Lost in Keystone Recreational Area, Tulsa. On medication.
- Found, Bob-tailed cat. Gray and white. 3-4 months old. Red Hill Road, Alma.
- Found, Yorkie on Old Greenwood Road. Ft. Smith.

- Maltese, found running loose on Nubbin Ridge. Contact me for details.
- Lost or Stolen:Pomeranian male just groomed with short hair. Call name "Peanut". Red collar. No tags. "Flips" when name called.Stoney Point area. Contact me if found!!

- Initially walk and drive the area, calling pets name.
- Have someone stay at home, in case your critter finds its own way back.
- Inform neighbors, police department and animal shelters in the area. Keep checking!
- Give a good description and include name, color, gender, special markings or scars, or unususal traits.
- Inform your veterinarian. Next to you, he knows your critter best. Also notify other area vets.
- Call your local radio station. Some will announce lost critters over the air.
- Put up flyers in grocery and convenience stores, on light poles, in pet shops, feed stores...any animal oriented business or any place people frequently shop.
- Include a picture on your flyer. Give a day and night phone number, and include pets call name.
- Run an ad in the local newspaper and weekly ad publications. Offer a reward.
- DONT GIVE UP. DON'T FORGET I'M LOOKING TOO. Between us, we'll have the whole county on the lookout!
