Foster was the maiden name of my maternal grandmother's mother. I am actually decsended from two Foster Lines. My great great grandmother, Mary Augusta Foster, was descended from Reginald Foster. My great great grandfather, Joseph Francis Foster, is a descendant of John Foster. Both Foster families originated in England and came to Massachuesetts in the 1600s.
