1. Panties must be on a girl
2. Count Only Panties (no Bikinis or other outfits)
3. Count number of panty shots per girl per scene
        (Each different camera angle is a scene)
        (Each new scene starts count again)
        (Same girl in same scene counts as one)
4. Total all panty shots until told to stop
5. Only one top winner. In case of a tie, there will
         be a special tie breaker
