Hello!

My name is Yuko. I came to Tokyo when I was 41 years old.

Before, I had lived in Akita in Nothern Japan, since I was born.

I decided to change my life when I was 39 years old.

I quit my job, and planned two big trips.

One of them was a short trip abroad to the US to study. It was just for 3 months, but I had a very precious experience there. At the University, we made our own newspaper once a week on a computer. It was good for improving English, especially for composition and conversation skill, because we had to intervew many people for the articles.

My other trip was a trip around the world by ship for 84 days.

I visited 17 ports of call, in Asia, Africa, Europe, the US, Central America, and Hawaii.

On the trip, I realised that English was the common language in the world.

And now, I have to earn a living, so I cannot take trips so easily.

Now my passport has expired.

Now, I take my trips on the Web to visit the people of the world.
