Here's a little tidbit of info that may help you along with your quit - as you go longer and longer without a cigarette, not only do you feel better *physically*, but your self-esteem starts getting a real boost too. It really does feel good! |

Before I quit, I really didn't think I would ever be able to do it. Once I made the decision to quit, each hour without a cigarette showed me that YES, I COULD do it, and it felt GOOD. Not just physically, but mentally as well.
There's something about realizing that I am actually DOING something that I never thought I'd ever be able to do, that REALLY makes me feel like I can do anything, and it's a GREAT feeling! |
