I've been a little disorganized the last few days and I can't handle any forms anymore. You'll have to send an e-mail to petz_ppl@yahoo.com. Click on "Join our Club!" and enter the following:
~Your ICQ number (if you have one)
~Your nickname
~Your e-mail (you won't be added to our mailing list if you send us your e-mail, you have to enter it below also)
~Any comments
