"The idea of remixing emphasis contemporary music composers from the XXth century grew up when I was sampling for fun the LP Momente. My wish was to make a piece with Stockhausen's sounds in total opposite of his musical approach: to make sound Momente like a folkroristic music from Slavic countries! And this is the piece: Momente agité: Dépéchez-vous! First I was planning to make myself a CD with just remixes of emphasis composers but Gyorgy Kurtag asked me why not to share my project with other artists? I liked the idea and I made lots of announcements in music magazines, newsletters, etc. in Europe and US. After two years of waiting to receive the DATs of Stockhausen's remixes, I am surprised that we are only 6 composers who are sticking with the project! I thank you all of you to make possible this project."
