I entered the world on 27 July 1963 in rural Decatur County, Indiana. I am blessed with a large and loving family and return home for holidays and whenever my schedule allows. My father retired from Cummins Engine Company and now enjoys woodworking and giving the local farmers a hand. My mother is an excellent housewife and spends her time taking care of family and tending to church matters.
Despite a rural upbringing, I was stage-struck early, playing my first character role in 1969 -Rip Van Winkle! To my parents initial dismay, (and eventual relief), I followed my own bent from childhood on.
