Putting audioscopes over images is another neat thing you can do. This will not work on animated gifs--the gif will be there, but it will not be animated.

To do this, just use this basic code.

<center> <table><tr><td background="the URL to your image" width=(width of your image) height=(height of your image) valign=top><p> <audioscope bgcolor=? height=? width=? (width of your image) gain=? leftoffset=? rightoffset=? leftcolor=? rightcolor=?><p> Add as many scopes as it takes to cover your image</td></tr></table></center>

(Don't forget to add the <p>'s, otherwise you won't be able to see your image as it will be completely covered in scopes.)
