BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE!
Brian Mylott  wrote in and asked:
Someone told me that if you morph the Emerald WEAPON it turns into an eye.  You
then take the eye and put it in the shrine by where Aeris died.  That will open up a
cave and then you go down talk to her spirit and she will  materialize to rejoin your
group.

All I have to say about this is that it starts out with "Someone told me", now you can
be the judge if this is true or not. I personally DO NOT believe ANY resurrection
rumors that I have not seen or tested myself and really, who wants to take the
trouble to go back, beat the Emerald WEAPON and then, morph him? Not me...

Huy Duong  wrote in and asked:
How do you revive Aeris or have Sephiroth  join your game? Please answer me.
(without the game shark)

Two words: YOU CAN'T. People please, I understand you wanting them back in your
party, but you can't bring Aeris back, or have Seph in your party; and I WILL NOT
post ANY MORE messages on this subject. You have to understand that these
kind of messages only clutter up my In-Box and there is only one answer to it. (so far)

Huy Duong  wrote in and asked:
I have passed the Glacier section and am ready to beat the game.  Is there any
way to get Alexander?

Yup, simply go back to Icicle Inn (the town) on the northern continent and just head
back down the hill in the back of town. Board down the hill again then follow the
instructions that I had posted above to the materia.

Robert Hilario  wrote in and asked:
On the third disk, instead of going into the Northern Cave, I decided to
scour the planet for its various secrets (materia, Midgar key, etc.)
I went to Kalm town and an old man in one of the houses mentioned
three key (?) items: Guidebook, Desert Rose, and Earth Harp. I have
a good idea on where to find them, but could you give me hints on where
they are? Also, do I get if I give these items to the old man?

Great question. You get the Guidebook by going to the underwater reactor. There, inside
one of the underwater, glass tunnels, you will eventually come across an enemy named
"Ghost Ship". If you morph this guy, he will turn into the Guide Book. Give this item
to the Old Man, and you will get the Underwater materia. (by the way, the old man is
known as the Kalm Traveler) The Underwater materia eliminates the 20 minute time
limit when you fight the Emerald WEAPON.

Speaking of the Emerald WEAPON, that's how you get the Earth Harp. This is THE
hardest enemy in the game, and it is well worth it. When you receive the Earth Harp
for beating him, give it to the Kalm Traveler and he will give you the invaluable 3 piece
master materia set; "Master Magic", "Master Summon", and "Master Command".

And finally, to get the Desert Rose, you need to fight the Ruby WEAPON. He is found
lurking around in the sand around the Gold Saucer after you defeat the Ultimate
WEAPON. Beat him and get the Desert Rose. Give this to the Kalm Traveler and he
will give you a golden chocobo. The only drawback is that this chocobo has the racing
abilities of a dying chocobo. Really though, I got mine, fed him full of Sylkis Greens and
his top speed was 88 km/h, which is VERY VERY BAD!

Nick  wrote in and asked:
Do you know where to get all the 1/35 soldiers?  If so, what can you do with
them?

There are only 2 of these in the game but there are countless rumors that you can get more.
The best one I've heard is that if you get a time of less than 58 seconds in the snow board
game in the Gold Saucer that you will get one as a prize. My current best time is 1:03
so I cannot verify this.

Jason  wrote in and asked:
How do you get a gold chocobo? I've already got a green one. Is there an easier
way besides killing the Ruby WEAPON?

Nope, you have to breed them to get it. I am currently making a chocobo breeding
guide, so for now you can either wait or go perform a search for someone else's
guide. Oh, by the way, if you keep visiting the Chocobo Sage, then talk to the boy
in the stables, you eventually find out how to breed a gold chocobo. (because
they tell you)

Dreydan  wrote in and asked:
What are the Earth harp and Desert Rose for? (You get them from the
Weapon monsters)

Well Dreydan, Robert Hilario asked almost the same question above, to save me
trouble, please read the answer I gave above.

Strife  wrote in and asked:
How do you beat Don Corneo's mini boss in Wutai?  Every time I go against it,
he uses Aero3 or something like that, which kills my guys.  Is there any
way to defend against it. The name of the mini boss is PARAPPS
or something close to that name.

This boss is usually fairly tough, because you don't have any materia, but he
doesn't have to be. His name is Rapps and his special attack, the Aero3 does
about 1500 damage to one character. One way to stop this is to have Barrett
in your party and use his Mind Blow Limit break which sucks his MP, do this and
he should be down enough not to be able to cast Aero3. If this doesn't work, just
try to level up some to get levels. Anther tip is to go to the store in Wutai and buy
some Swift Bolts, at 800 bucks a pop, a little pricey, but not for the damage they
do.

Strife wrote in and asked:
How do I get the infinite money card.  I have a cheat that says you get the
card from the first town at a clock, but I have searched every house in
every town on the eastern continent and I have still not found it. Could
you please tell me where it is.

Strife, this is nothing BUT a rumor. The original rumor states that you have to
go to the first town, but it calls it Moncharia, but guess what, no such town!
I even checked it out in Kalm, checked every clock and nothing, sorry, but it's
just not there.

Paul wrote in and asked:
Is there any easy way to cure all the status abnormalities (like frog,
silence, dark, etc.) that One-Winged Safer Sephiroth can cause you during the
final battle?

Well Paul, there in fact many ways, but I will only name a few. The best way is
by far the Ribbon accesory, this defends against all abnormal status. It can be
found near the Materia Keeper or in the special Battle Arena in the battle
square. Another way is to use the Vaccine item, this prtects you against all
transformations. Another way, is to just get the items that cure you of these
dieases and when you get them in the batlle, simply cure them and get it over
with. You can find out what cures what by just highlighting the item in the item
menu. Those are just a few ways and they should work for you.

Vince wrote in and asked:
When does Vincent Valentine come in?  If he doesn't come in the story later,
how do I get him?

Vincent Valentine comes in I think the second time you go to the Shinra mansion.
To get him, first go to the locked safe in the mansion and enter the combination.
Turn right to "36"
Turn left to "10"
Turn right to "59"
Turn right to "97"
Then a boss will pop out. Beat him, then go get the key in the safe, bring this
downstairs and unlock the locked door, there is a coffin there. Talk to Vincent
inside the coffin and talk to him about Sephiroth. He'll go back to sleep. Wake
him up and he'll tell you his name, go back out and when you try to leave, he
will join your party.
