1.5 cups flour
3/4 cup margarine
8 0z cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup Cool whip (softened)
large pudding mix(the kind you cook, not instant) Butterscotch or chocolate

Mix the flour and margarine and spread in the bottom of a 9 x13 pan.
Cook for 12 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool.
Mix the cream cheese, iciing sugar and 1 cup of cool whip and spread on the crust.
Refrigerate again.
Cook the pudding, chill and then spread on top of the coolwhip mixture and refrigerate again
Spread the remaining Cool whip on top and chill for 4 hours.
